To be awarded a prize the contestants must be the proper number caller, proper name drawn, the proper caller with the correct answer or a chosen contestant according to the specific contest rules as determined by Smooth Jazz 92.7 FM.
Contestants must be 18 years of age or older, legally reside in the state of Pennsylvania and be a United States citizen to win. One winner is allowed, per household of the same address, within a thirty (30) day period.
No one may win more than one of each prize offered, in the same contest.
Contestants who win a prize from Hall Communications Radio stations WSJW-FM, WROZ-FM, AND WLPA-AM valued at $1,000.00 or greater will not be eligible to win again for a Hall Communications radio station for a 12 month period, from the date the prize is won.
All winners are required to pick up their prize in person at Hall Communications, 1996 Auction Road, Manheim, PA 17545 during normal business hours, Monday through Friday (8:00AM to 4:00PM) and provide legal proof of identification; including name, address, date of birth, social security number, and telephone number. Winners may also choose to send a self-addressed stamped envelope, to the address listed above, to claim a prize. Hall Communications-Pennsylvania-is not responsible for lost or misdirected mail.
Winners are solely responsible for payment of all applicable federal, state, and local taxes; and any / all liabilities incurred.
Prizes must be claimed within thirty (30) business days from the date of winning, unless otherwise specified by Hall Communications Smooth Jazz 92.7 FM.
Prizes are not transferable and no substitute is allowed. Prizes can not be redeemed for cash, sold, or auctioned.
Hall Communications-Pennsylvania is responsible for complying with any and all Federal, State, and Local regulations regarding contests and giveaways.
All materials submitted during a contest become the property of Hall Communications and Hall Communications shall have the right to use any such material in connection with the given contest. By entering a contest, the participant agrees that Hall Communications may use the winner’s name, photo, or voice in advertisements and promotion without compensation and grants Hall Communications all rights to said use.
All employees and families of Hall Communications, participating sponsors, its agencies and employees of other radio stations are ineligible.
Hall Communications – Pennsylvania reserves the right to serve as exclusive arbitrator in the instance of question or conflict with the rules, contestants, or other aspect of the contest.
Hall Communications – Pennsylvania reserves the right to determine the eligibility of any contestant.
Hall Communications – Pennsylvania reserves the right to amend these rules at any time without notice.
Winner agrees to release, Smooth Jazz 92.7 FM, Hall Communications–Pennsylvania and Hall Communications, their officers, directors, owners, employees, agents, and representatives from any claims related to the prize or contest prior to acceptance of the prize.
Hall Communications-Pennsylvania reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value and require contest winner to sign a publicity and liability release form.
Hall Communications-Pennsylvania is not responsible for phone, mail, or internet malfunctions or mishaps.
Any violation of the Hall Communications-Pennsylvania general contest rules or rules for a specific contest will constitute disqualification and no prize will be awarded by Hall Communications or its agencies.
