Q: What are your office hours?
A: Monday through Friday, from 8:00am til 4:00pm. The office is NOT open on weekends, and we do close for some holidays. You can always call the mail office for more details at (717) 653-0800.

Q: What is Smooth Jazz?
A: Smooth Jazz is a term combined of many different formats of music: Jazz, Blues, Salsa, Latino, Funk, Soul, and Contemporary. In essence, it is all things that are "Smooth" and "Fun".
Q: Do you ever play any "Old School Jazz"?
A: Yes ... Ramsey Lewis hosts the "Legends of Jazz" every Saturday Night from 8:00pm til 10:00pm
Q: If I win a prize, how do I claim it?
A: It is our policy that contest winners have 30 days to come to our offices and claim their prize (during normal business hours, unless specifically arranged). If this is not possible, depending on the prize, it can be left at a "will call" window or mailed to you. To have a prize mailed to you, the winner must mail us a self addressed / stamped envelope.
Q: I am a Smooth Jazz 92.7 V.I.P. I recently changed my address / phone number / email address, etc. How do I update my imformation?
A: Click on the V.I.P. position, in our header. There is a portion to click on to delete yourself from the VIP listing and another feature to update your information. I do suggest even if you haven't changed anything lately, check your information and make sure it is completely filled out and correct.
Q: How can I get my event on your "Community Events" calendar?
A: Smooth Jazz 92.7 will be happy to put any events on our "Community Events" Calendar, as long as it is benefiting a non-profit organization and there is no other competing radio station involved. Email your non-profit events to Jay Hunter at: jhunter@hallradio.com and title it "Community Event".
